Joe is a native St. Louisan, husband, and dad of 3 adult children.  He has 20+ years of experience buying, developing, and selling real estate in the Shaw, Bevo, Benton Park, Princeton Heights, and Forest Park Southeast city neighborhoods, as well as Sappington and Kirkwood communities.  He is a licensed realtor in the state of Missouri, with experience in state historic and NPA tax credit programs, and St. Louis City tax abatement.  He has renovated and operated multi-family properties for more than a decade, as well as developed and improved vacant lots. Joe is a member of the Kennedy Home Solutions team within the Coldwell Banker Premier brokerage.
